Teaching Material
       
Notes, Question Bank and other materials required will be given to the student well in advance before teaching the particular unit.
Lab manual and procedure will be given to the student well in advance before teaching the particular lab.
The above will be given in the form of CD or it will be email to the students.
       
Teaching Material
       
Unit test will be conduct for each unit, for every subject after completion of teaching of the particular unit.
Unit test will be conducted for 3 periods from 9.00am till tea break.
Seating arrangements will be as per University pattern.
Only 0 marks will be given if any student involves in malpractice in the test.
Open Question bank will be given to the students’ 7 days before the test (it will be emailed).
From Question bank Controller of Exams will select the questions and prepare the question paper and it will be informed to the concern faculty only on test day.
Answer paper will be evaluated within 3 days and intimated to the concern authorities, which will be further intimated to the parents.
Pass mark for the unit test will be 60 marks.
Results will be put on the concern notice boards.
First and second rank student will be rewarded.
Retest will be conducted for failing students, till they get pass mark.
The concern faculty will give retest question paper.
Retest will be conducted from 4.40 pm to 6.40 pm.
Conduction of Retest will be informed to the student before 2 days.
Transport facility will be arranged from the college to Tirupattur bus stand only.
Out station students should arrange their own transport from Tirupattur bus stand.
Tuition will be arranged on Sundays for the students who fail twice in the same subject.
Student has to pay a nominal amount for special tuition, which will be decided by the principal.
If the student does not attend the retest or absent for special tuition is liable to be penalized and suspended till they brings their parents (only father or mother) to meet principal.
Principal will decide the penalty amount that will be not less than Rs 1000/.
Penalty amount should be paid in form of Demand Draft in favor of THE TAMIL NADU CHIEF MINISTER FUND, payable at Chennai.
       
Internal Marks
       
Internal marks will be given on the over all average of unit tests and revision unit test conducted.
Retest marks will not be considered for internal marks.
No marks will be given for attendance.
Internal marks of each student will be announced on the week of every month
The final internal marks of the student will be announced after the last working day, which will be submitted to the University.
No grace marks will be given at any cost, even for the failing students.
