Industrial
visit will be conducted within 30 days from the beginning
of the college department wise.
All
Industrial visits conducted will be only for one day. Night
halt is not allowed.
For
60 students batch one male faculty and one female faculty
will accompany the students during their visit.
Expenses
will be met by dividing system, which will not Rs 250/.
Accounts
should be submitted and displayed in the notice board within
3 days of the visit.
Function
Association
inaugural function of this current academic year will be
conducted within 50 days from the beginning of the college
department wise.
Association
function is limited to two in a semester i.e. four in an
academic year.
All
Association function should be academically oriented to
their departments.
Cultural
programs dances and cinema songs are not allowed in any
function as per Anna University.
Internal
symposia / internal open house for mini projects / internal
workshop will be conducted within 75 days from the beginning
of the college department wise.
The
students on dividing system will meet the expenses of
all the above programs.
Expenditure
Accounts will display in the notice board and copies
will be given to class committee members after each program
with 3 days of the program.
The
dividing amount will not exceed Rs 250/ each at any cost.
Management will fund only state level and national programs.
Programs
or functions will not be conducted after 05.30pm at any
cost.
Programs
or functions will not be conducted at the time of revision
unit test.
Food,
snacks, cool drinks and tea will not be provided in any
function / programs to the students at the cost of dividing
system.
No
mementos will be given to the Management / Principle /
Faculties.
In
beginning of any function only Tamil Thai Pattu will be
the prayer song and National anthem will be the closing
program.
Unwanted
decoration must be avoided.
Prior
permission should be obtained from the concern authorities
at least 10 days before.
Rough
estimate and source of fund generation should be submitted,
while seeking permission to conduct any function.
Executive
Members of the association should not be a class committee
member.
Only
all clear students can be executive members.
Any
money collected from the student for any purpose should
be deposited in the Association bank account only on the
same day itself.
Cash
transaction not allowed for any reason or any purpose.
Association
Secretary, Treasurer and Faculty in charge will operate
association bank accounts.
