Class Committee
       
Class Committee first meeting of each class will be conducted within 15 days from the beginning of the College.
Second Class Committee Meeting of each class will be conducted within 45 days from the beginning of the College.
Third Class Committee Meeting of each class will be conducted within 65 days from the beginning of the College.
Fourth Class Committee Meeting can be conducted if the Committee members require. And it can be informed to the Class Chairperson for necessary action.
Class committee meeting schedules will be informed to the members and the higher officials before 24 hrs.
Class Committee is conducted for the welfare of the students. So the students are requested the express their problem / inconvenience / difficulties in the class committee and help the management to provide THE BEST education.
Students in the class committee can speak to the chairperson alone if they wish.
Only academic related matters could be discussed in the class committee.
Only all clear students are eligible to be committee members.
Same student cannot be a committee member continuously for more than one year.
       
Eligibility
       
Minimum 75 % of attendance is required for a student to be eligible to attend University Exam
As per college rules medical allowance will not be considered even if the medical certificates are produced.
Student will be allowed to attend only four-arrears subject in a semester.
Other arrears subjects will not be allowed to attend.
Student will be allowed to choose any of their four-arrears subjects as per their wish.
And the same will be informed well in advance to the concern subject staff and department HOD by class in charge with the written approval of the student.
The Principal has all rights to detain a student from attending the University examination with out stating the reasons as per Anna University Rules.
