Conformity Regulation
Employing unauthorized persons for personal work such as washing clothes, etc.., is not permitted.
Members of the mess staff should not be asked to enter the hostel premises on any account.
Only the ward boy can attend to the needs of students such as bringing food from mess in case of illness.
Students may keep and use powered vehicles such as Motorcycles, Scooters, etc., inside the campus at their own risk, but only with permission of Warden.
Helmet wearing is compulsory for driver and pillion rider.
Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited.
Those found indulging in ragging will be expelled from the hostel and from the College.
Any student who is found to be indulging in undesirable activities such as physical assault, damage to property, possession of weapons, etc., will be liable to the following punishments
He/She will be expelled from the Hostel.
A record of his/her misconduct will be made in the personal file.
The cost of damage will be fully recovered from him/her together with penalty.
He/She will also be fined commensurate with the offence committed.
The privilege of appearing for campus interviews will be denied.
No recommendation will be given on him/her studies.
Any student found hosting/harboring an offender will be also liable to the punishments mentioned at
Students are strictly prohibited from pasting Photos/pictures/posters on the wall of the rooms / verandah.
Ladies and Gents are strictly prohibited from entering each other's hostels except when authorized and only for specific purposes.
Students should not go out of the Hostel on their own.
Leaving the Hostel must be reported to the Warden concerned.
They must be available every day in their rooms before 9.00 pm.
Students should not hold any meetings or congregation inside the Hostel Campus without the permission of the Chief Warden.
The rooms are liable for inspection by the authorities at any time.
Members are not allowed to put up unauthorized notices or take out processions of any sort within the hostel area / college campus.
At all times, especially after 9.00 p.m. till next morning members shall not create any disturbance like shouting, making noise, etc.,
Unauthorized screening of any film or video anywhere within the hostel premises is totally forbidden.
Students found consuming alcohol or drugs shall be severely dealt with. Such offences will also lead to expulsion from the hostels.
Students found playing cards shall be punished.
T.V timings are limited from 05.30 pm till 06.55 pm.
All residents are advised to follow proper dress code whenever they are entering academic area of the college campus and when traveling in college buses.
Students are advised not to loiter in the campus.
Establishment charges once paid will not be refunded.
Misconduct or breach of any of the rules of the hostel renders the offender liable to the denial of the mess facilities or accommodation or both.
Resident Tutors are empowered to fine the students on the spot, if found violating any hostel rules.
       
Medical Facilities
The Dispensary is open from Monday to Saturday from 09.00 am to 5.00 pm on all days.
After College hours if a student falls sick he/she should inform the hostel authorities. If required, they will refer the patient to Jaya Hospital or Sapthagri Hospital.
In case of Emergency also, the students are advised to go to the above Hospitals. They are well equipped and facilities are available round the clock.
Proper medical record and also documentation is available which is required for further treatment of the case.
After consultation Students who have availed treatment at Hospital/city hospital shall report to the College doctor next working day so that, he can follow up the case.
Students proceeding on Medical Leave from the campus should produce the Medical Certificate issued by the College Medical Officer at the time of their leaving.
In case of sudden illness, information on leaving the mess should be made available to the Hostel Office immediately and the application for mess reduction should be submitted within the next three days.
Ambulance service at nominal cost is available round the clock.
