Library
- Library will be open from 07.30 am to 06.00 pm.
- Books will not be issued during tea break.
- During college timings, Students will be allowed only in the Library hour only.
- Admission is restricted to members' only students, Faculties and staff of the college are eligible for membership.
- Students who have purchased one textbook for each subject in semester and got sign for the class in charges only will be allowed in the library.
- Class in charges will inform the librarian the list of student who can be permitted in the library through mail.
- The members can borrow two books from the library for a period of 7days.
- Reference books, Dictionary, Magazines, Journals and Newspapers will not be issued under normal circumstances.
- If a book is not returned for more than one month from the due date the library reserves the right to cancel membership and to impose penalty.
- If borrower loses any books, he/she has to replace the book or pay replacement cost of the book.
- Renewal of books can be done Online through the application form available in the college web.
- Staff and Students will be able to access Libraries of IIT, Anna University, British Council, Oxford press and IISC through the membership card of the college with the permission the HODs only on Sundays.
- Students who are all clear are only eligible to access the above libraries.
- There is open access system for the book in the library.
- Student is forbidden to exchange books among themselves.
- The librarian may demand the borrower to return the books at any time.
- Readers should not through any waste paper into the liters etc.
- Cell Phone, Drinking Coffee / Tea, eating snacks is forbidden.
- Xerox facility can be availed by paying 75 paisa per page.
- Borrowers should sign in the register kept at the entrance of the library.
- Personnel belongings, textbooks and issued library books will not be allowed inside the library.
- For any loss of the personal books librarian will not be responsible.
Damages to Property
- The classrooms and surrounding should be kept clean and hygienic.
- In case of damage or loss of college property the cost will be recovered from the students responsible for such damage or loss, if identified, or from all the students of the class / college as decided by the principal
- Students are responsible for the care of furniture and fittings in their respective rooms.
- The cost of furniture and fittings will be recovered from them in case of damage or loss with fine
